	Bottle Bills States with bottle bills can achieve recycling levels above 80%, thereby reducing litter and decreasing greenhouse gas emissions.		E-Waste Electronic waste (e-waste) legislation can help keep toxic chemicals from leaching into groundwater and streams.
	Used Oil Used oil can be re-refined into new lubricating oil, providing many energy and environmental benefits.		Plastic Litter Pollution Plastic litter pollution is a serious and growing problem that must be stopped at its source.
